Complaints/greivances control Room setup by Rajouri Administration on DDC direction

Rajouri February 27 :–Following innumerable complaints/grievances raised by the people before the Deputy Commissioner (DC) in the ‘public grievances redressal camps’, a control room/cell has been constituted at district HQ that will work 24X7 days.


The control room has been constituted on the directions from Rajesh Kumar Shavan, DC to receive/register & dispose off the complaints/grievances received from the general public and shall work temporarily in the office of DC till a permanent arrangement is made.
Babu Ram,Tehsildar (DC Office) has been appointed its Nodal officer and shall responsible to put the complaints & informations received in the control room before the Deputy Commissioner for further directions.


Other officials nominated for the 24X7control room includes Kanu Sharma, Probationer Patwari; Neeraj Kumar, teacher; Abrar Mirza, junior assistant (all from DC office) Muddabar Hussin, teacher deployed with election cell and Amjad Lone, junior assistant in tehsil office at Manjakot.
“The cell/control room will be made functional from tomorrow and all the ‘Lok Mitras’ will be connected with this control room for the registration of people’s complaints/grievances,” said Th. Sher Singh ,Additional DC.Rajouri district has 386 inhabited villages and the administration have appointed 1930 Lok Mitras (5 each for every village) to aware the people about the centrally sponsored schemes & PM’s flagship programs.


These officials have been provided necessary training on ‘Mobile Apps’ for the smooth functioning of the control room.
