Illegal occupiers evicted from government Buildings: Two more Govt buildings vacated from occupants 7 Govt buildings brought into public use in two weeks

Rajouri, February 18:— Continuing its efforts to vacate Government buildings from illegal occupants, a team of district administration Rajouri on Thursday vacated a school building and a panchayat ghar in Rajouri.

It is informed that some portion of Government High School Chowdhary Nar and building of Panchayat Ghar Dhanore Loharan were under illegal encroachment.

” The school building portion was locked by the contractor over a payment issue but the administration got it vacated and handed over the building portion to school for use.” said district administration officials.

They said that building of Panchayat Ghar Dhanore Loharan in Rajouri was not only occupied but an illegal structure was also raised on its land.The team of administration headed by Tehsildar Rajouri Mohammad Rafiq got the illegally raised structure removed and got the panchayat ghar building vacated from illegal occupants.

In the last two weeks, seven Government buildings including panchayat ghar, Anganwari centers, schools have been vacated under the drive of district administration Rajouri headed by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Rajesh K Shavan.

The Deputy Commissioner have already issued directions to all the field functionaries to identify such Government buildings so that administration can get the same vacated.
