Question arising here that how Flood control deptt Rajouri issued NOC in favour of owner of the building located at near salani bridge river Jawaharnager and how the owner sanction and passed the side plain for this construction from Town planner deptt.? It is need to check properly by the district Administration Rajouri for such permission of construction at dangerous side and action should be taken against such officer who were playing the live’s of public..
