ARTO Shopian provide’s driving licenses on spot to applicants

Shopian August 25:- For d first, an ARTO is providing driving licenses on spot to applicants who completed trials successfully. A hard blow to the tout system which fleeces the public. ARTO Moazzam Ali (KAS) took this initiative in twin districts of Shopian and Pulwama. Isn’t this initiative worth replicating in all districts of UT for bringing more transparency in system?
