Jammu, June 16: All J&K Youth Federation (AJKYF) welcome the decision of Administrative Council headed by Lieutenant Governor for revoking SRO-202 for new appointees and reducing probation period from five years to two years in a press statement issued here today.
Ch. Sanjay Singh Sandhu, AJKYF Provincial Incharge, Jammu Province said that SRO-202 policy was made under the alliance government of BJP-PDP which has affected around 13000 new appointees since its formulation. Responding to which the youth of Jammu and Kashmir have jointly put effort through various medium of protest for revocation of SRO-202 and administrative decision for revoking the anti-youth policy will lessen the unrest among the youth. Youth of J&K are victims of anti-youth policies from more than last 5 years which is dismantling young moral.
AJKYF, Provincial Incharge demanded complete revocation of SRO-202 by giving arrears benifit to the 13000 appointees from their date of appointment.
