Medical Assistant Pharmacist demanded registration of Diploma through JK Paramedical Council, Seeks justice to became self dependent earner.

Jammu June 14:-.The Medical Assistant Pharmacist of Jammu and Kashmir had demanded the registration of Diploma/ Certificate through JK Paramedical Council as the earlier had happened before the abrogation of Article 370 on 5 Aug 2019. In a statement to press, scores of Diploma holders said that we are being denied from our basic right and government has yet not formulated any policy of registration. Adding that we have pursued Degree Diploma from various institutions before 5 Aug but unfortunately when we approached the office of Director of Drugs Controller Office or JK Paramedical Council , they denied the same and said that your degree is invalid as per rules of UT and you have to pursue D Pharma or B Pharma for getting the registration or to obtain the Drugs License. Thousands of students have obtained the Degree Diploma of Medical Assistant Pharmacist to became self dependent earner after obtaining the drugs license but now the future of thousands of students is on stake. Students urged upon Lt. Governor Shri Grish Chandra Murmu to personally intervene in the matter and direct the competent authority for early registration of Diploma Certificate of Medical Assistant Pharmacist through JK Paramedical Council soas students shall take sigh of relief and became self dependent earner for their family otherwise there will became hue and cry in increasing of unemployment of youth across Jammu and Kashmir.
