BJP pretence J&K Youth over amended domicile law: AJKYF Amended domicile law dispirit J&K Youth: AJKYF

Jammu,April, 06: – All J&K Youth Federation (AJKYF) knock-back the amendment made to the domicile law by the central government and said that youth of J&K have always disparaged by the BJP led centre government in a joint press statement issued by its executive and working committee.

AJKYF questioned J&K BJP representatives over the repeated promises made by them post abrogation of Article 370 for securing 100% jobs for actual residents of J&K educated unemployed youth and said that the laws which are introduced time and again by the BJP government before and after abrogation of Article 370 are against youth of downgraded J&K state and added that centre has already officially scrapped the Age Relaxation Clause to the domicile of trouble tourn J&K including abolition of State Civil Service Cadre which is totally injustice with the thousands of youth aspirants.

AJKYF hails the unity shown by the youth of J&K over the domicile law irrespective of their affiliation and pressured the central government through social media for making amendment to the domicile law and termed this effort of the youth as first step towards victory and appealed the youth of the downgraded state to stand still irrespective of their affiliation and fight against the anti youth policies made by the government.

AJKYF appeals to the central government that to solely focus on COVID-19 instead of creating propaganda to make J&K a political issue, this is the time to stand and unite together as a nation and fight against corona virus as a nation, in this depressing time, youth of J&K are being harassed with domicile law and its amendment, which eventually shows us that government has no concern for the people of J&K.

AJKYF demanded 100% job reservation for the J&K actual residents and also demanded to restore the validity of Permanent Resident Certificate of J&K besides AJKYF anew their demand for restoration of statehood to the J&K and restoration of 4G internet services.
