Mir Bilal Deputy Director Planning Join As District Statistics And Evaluation officer Rajouri

Rajouri April 01:- Mir Bilal Rashid Deputy Director Planning Rajouri has today joined as Distt. Statistics and Evaluation Officer Rajouri replacing Mr.Chaggar Singh, who has superannuated on 31st of March. The officer has served the area in different capacities as Asstt Director Planning in Health Dept. and then as Asstt Director planing in CPO’s Office Rajouri. He got promoted to the rank of Dy Director last year and was awaiting posting, the order of which was issued last week.

It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Bilal is ranked among the most competent and dynamic officers of the state/UT who is known for his hardwork,sincerity,honesty, resourcefulness, pro-people initiatives and superior adminstrative acumen which has brought him laurels and profound appreciations from cross sections of society.
It is in recognition of his phenomenal contribution to the planning and administrative affairs of the District that he was awarded as Outstanding officer for three consecutive years and worked during the tenures of Shabir Ahmed Bhat,KAS, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Ch IAS, Mohammad Ajaz Asad IAS and Mohammad Nazir Sheikh KAS as DDC Rajouri, where his work was always appreciated

The officer is indeed an assett for the state/ UT and society and an example for yougsters to follow.
Mr. Bilal also remained Position holder and brilliant student in academics and Co-academic area and was known as Mathematician, being topper of Mathematical Conferences for 5 Consecutive times organised by University of Jammu and got almost 55 awards for his extraordinary skills especially anchoring and managerial.

Several Officers, Stalwart politicians, Administrators, councillors, sarpanches, prominent citizens and members of civil society have congratulated him for his new place of posting.
