Decision of Only 3% reservation a lollypop for up coming election 2019

Only 3% reservation a lollypop for up coming election and hands raised by many for credit well being pahari activist I’m not satisfied for this decision and I also unwelcome to this decision …
I must say this decision only demoralized the pahari community because this 3% reservation is not sufficient for approx 15 lack pahari community according to 2011 census it should be 5% reservation as population increased .
Let me clear that Pahari peoples are not snatching any rights right of any community whatever they are demanding and will get as a matter of right under the Indian constitution.
This decision only weakens our community and make all set to use for upcoming assembly and parliament elections…
I appeal to pahari community this is not the moment of happiness this is the matter of great concern as we are on acute identity crisis.Raise your voice for this in adequacy of reservation ..
