Rajouri, Marc 14:-City roads continue to be in a shambles with local residents complaining that they have never seen such a poor condition of roads in the City Beautiful. However, the authorities concerned seem least bothered about it.

The conditions of roads in the Pir Panjal speaks loads about official indifference. On social media, residents are trolling and shaming the government over the poor condition of roads in Rajouri.

“The condition of roads, in a nutshell, speaks about the mess that prevails in Rajouri. At the infrastructure level, there is hardly any development,” said Mohd Zahoor, a auto driver.

Residents say it is unsafe to drive on city roads, which are full of potholes. Locals say the bad condition of the roads is damaging their vehicles.

“The condition of the roads is so bad that it is a shame on the administration. The city is in a bad condition, but the administration does not care,” said Nayeem Hussain Shah, an employee.

City resident Ibrar Qureshi said it was sad that roads in the city were in bad shape and the authorities concerned were not taking action. He demanded that potholes on roads be repaired at the earliest.
