Delegation Called On Chief Engineer EM & RE Wing, Jammu,  Sudhir Gupta and demanded electrification and installation of transformers in Block Moghla of Rajouri District.

Jammu, August, 30 GNS: A delegation comprising of Sarpanch Kewal Krishan Sharma, Nakul Sharma, State Secretary, JKPYC, Neik Ram Sharma, Amit Sharma, General Secretary, DYC Rajouri and Baldev Sharma meet with Chief Engineer EM & RE Wing, Jammu,  Sudhir Gupta and demanded electrification and installation of transformers in Block Moghla of Rajouri District.
Sarpanch Kewal Krishan highlighted the need and demand of proper electric connections in Block Moghla and demand electrification of ward no. 2 of Panchayat Jungrail East where about more than 80 houses are still unelectrified.
Sarpanch Kewal Krishan also demanded the installation of 63 KVA transformers in the required areas of Block Moghla and specially in Panchayat Jungrail East where the people are still facing electricity crisis due to single line voltage.
The delegation also impressed upon the Chief Engineer to release payments to the people of Kotchardwal, Narla Bambal and Odhan Khorbani areas against their work done to carry and erect poles, installation of transformers, conductor, etc. while electrification of the area as directed by the Power Development Commissioner Secretary two months back.
A representation was also filed before the Chief Engineer signed by the delegation on which the Chief Engineer further directed the Xen, Rajouri to provide complete electrification in the remaining area and also directed to install transformers in the required areas so that people are provided the electricity.
