Muharram Reminds Humanity of Truth, Justice and Sacrifice: Raqib Altaf Shah

SRINAGAR, JUNE 25:- Chief Spokesperson of Shah Re Khass Traders and Chambers, Raqib Altaf Shah, said that the holy month of Muharram is a time for reflection on the timeless values of truth, justice, courage, compassion and selflessness embodied by the supreme sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions at the Battle of Karbala.

In a statement, Shah said the tragedy of Karbala continues to inspire humanity to stand firmly against oppression and injustice. He noted that the sacrifices made by Imam Hussain (RA) serve as an enduring lesson in faith, integrity and unwavering commitment to principles, even in the face of immense hardship.

He said the message of Karbala transcends time and reminds people that unity, solidarity and righteousness always prevail over tyranny and falsehood. “The martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA) teaches us to remain steadfast in our beliefs and to uphold justice, compassion and humanity under all circumstances,” he added.

Appealing for communal harmony and brotherhood, Raqib Altaf Shah urged people to come together during Muharram, support one another in times of need and work collectively towards building a more just, peaceful and compassionate society.

He concluded by saying that the eternal message of Karbala continues to illuminate the path of truth and righteousness for generations to come.
