Kalakote,July, 16 GNS:- National Coordinator AICC Vichar Vibhag and Ex-MLA Kalakote, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma expressed serious concern upon the continuous migration of Chringal and Gulab Ghab for want of water during summer and sort personal intervention of State Governor, Satya Pal Malik to redress the water problem of hundreds of houses of this hilly belt in Rajouri District.
Mr. Sharma enlisted the demands of the people in a meeting held at Chringal of Panchayat Kotkabu and assured them to project before the authorities including road connectivity, opening of Anganwardi Centre and Primary School.
Mr. Sharma also conducted recce of road from Kanchi Morh to Kabukote via Chringal for appraising the R&B authorities to conduct survey. This road was started out of constituency development fund by Mr. Sharma during his tenure while he was MLA and was proposed in the languishing scheme for which the government and Chief Engineer R&B have sort the report from Executive Engineer R&B Division Nowshera.
Mr. Sharma further demanded formation of water and power task force to combat on going power and drinking water crises in Jammu Region headed by a senior IAS/KAS officer.
