RAJOURI, APRIL 17:-The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri has appealed to the general public to actively participate in a Padyatra being organized under the ongoing 100 Days Campaign of the Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir Abhiyaan.

The rally is scheduled to take place on April 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM, starting from the Government Boys Model Higher Secondary School, Rajouri. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promote a healthier, drug-free society.

The event will be formally flagged off by Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, marking a significant step in the administration’s continued efforts to combat drug addiction in the region.

Calling for collective responsibility, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized that public participation is crucial in making the campaign successful. “Let us come together to build a drug-free, healthy, and vibrant society. Every individual’s involvement can make a meaningful difference,” the official stated.

The administration has encouraged citizens, students, and community members to join the rally in large numbers and contribute to spreading awareness against substance abuse.
