He was addressing a thought-provoking Youth Convention held at Dak Bungalow, Rajouri, which witnessed participation from youth across the constituency. The event marked a strong push towards enhancing youth engagement in democratic processes and public life.
Speaking candidly, the MLA highlighted major challenges faced by the youth, including unemployment, educational inequality, and lack of adequate opportunities. He asserted that youth are not merely beneficiaries of government schemes but key stakeholders in determining the political, social, and economic direction of the region.
Calling for accountability, inclusive governance, and peaceful democratic participation, he urged young people to remain informed, united, and actively involved in constructive civic engagement. “Sustainable development and political stability are impossible without meaningful youth participation,” he said.
