JAMMU DECM, 10:-The people of Mendhar have received a significant boost with the much-awaited revival of the Mini Secretariat project. Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Javed Ahmed Rana has extended heartfelt congratulations to the residents of Mendhar on this major development.

The Minister expressed his sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for sanctioning ₹5.06 crore to restart this vital project, which had remained stalled for over a decade. Originally approved in 2010, the Mini Secretariat is now back on track under the present Government.

The revived facility will bring essential public services closer to the people of Mendhar, ensuring ease of access, improved administrative convenience, and faster delivery of governance at the local level.

The Omar Abdullah–led Government continues to honour and fulfill the aspirations of the people. The resumption of this long-pending project stands as a meaningful and timely gift for the Mendhar constituency.
