KOTRANKA GNS: An examination cum orientation workshop of Female Multipurpose (FMPHW) of block Kandi related to ongoing National Programs under The umbrella of National Health Mission especially Maternal Child Health (MCH) programme was conducted/Organized by Block Medical officer, Kandi Dr Iqbal Malik in a cordial the atmosphere at Block Headquarter in which all the FMPHW/JSN were evaluated. Supervisors were deployed to monitor the protocol of examination. BMO also announced that this practice of evaluation will continue in future also. The syllabus of examination had been circulated in advance to all the examinees. After the evaluation process is over The Community Health Officer Mohd Auyob Lone, oriented the FMPHWs through power point presentation in order to keep their knowledge updated and for improvement of their Skills.
The main aim of the evaluation and orientation of the Nurses was to provide the best health care services at the doorsteps to the masses through these nurses who are directly linked to mother and child health programmes. Awareness of the female Multipurpose /ANMs play a pivotal role in eliminating MMR, IMR and population stabilization. Ultimately, preventive action results in the protection of the public’s health and safety
