Rajouri Police Arrest Drug Peddler Recovers 06 Grams Of Heroin-like Narcotic Substance

RAJOURI OCT 06:-Police Party of Police Station Rajouri while on routine patrolling duty at Bella Bus Stand area apprehended one person who tried to conceal his presence on noticing the police naka party.

During questioning he was identified as *Javed Iqbal S/O Mohd Ashraf R/O Panjgrain Thanamandi Rajouri.* During his personal search police recovered 06 grams of heroin-like narcotic substance from his possession.

In this regard a case FIR No. 501/2025 under relevant sections of the NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rajouri and the accused has been taken into custody.

Further investigation is underway to trace the forward and backward linkages of the arrested person and to identify other individuals involved in Drug Trafficking.
