JAMMU MAY 14:-Safeer Choudhary AAP Senior Leader and Social Activist organized a “Pirpunjal Mourns, Pays Tribute to its Martyrs” Program at Jammu Honoring the Martyrs of the Recent Military Conflict and Seeking Support for Their Families.

After the program, Choudhary released a heartfelt letter addressed to the Honorable Prime Minister of India, the Civil Society of the PPirpunjal region, led by socio-political activist Safeer Choudhary, has called for national recognition of the sacrifices made by martyrs during the recent military conflict between India and Pakistan. This poignant appeal aims not only to honor the fallen heroes and deceased civilians but also to advocate for meaningful support for their grieving families.

The letter emphasizes the profound impact of the sacrifices made by these brave souls, particularly highlighting the martyrs from the Pir Panjal region. Their courage and dedication serve as a beacon of patriotism and resilience, igniting a collective pride among all citizens of India. In remembrance of their valor, the Civil Society articulates the necessity for prayers for peace and efforts to ensure that their sacrifices are forever honored.

However, the letter underscores the pressing issues faced by the families left behind. Safeer Choudhary urges the central government to provide adequate compensation and financial assistance to these families, recognizing that this support is essential for their healing and recovery. Furthermore, the Civil Society advocates for job reservations for the families of the martyrs, reinforcing the commitment to honor their sacrifices through meaningful economic opportunities.

In addition to addressing family support, the letter makes a significant request for a special “Package for Pirpunjal Region,” which would not only offer compensation for the loss of homes and livelihoods but also emphasize the establishment of a Government Medical College (GMC) in District Poonch. This would greatly enhance healthcare accessibility for the local population and serve as a lasting tribute to the fallen heroes.
