SRINAGAR DEC 19:-In a powerful display of solidarity and commitment to the principles of justice and equality, Shameema Raina, the President of Mahila Congress in Jammu and Kashmir, along with dedicated Mahila Congress workers, held a protest today against the recent remarks made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the revered architect of the Indian Constitution.

The protest, which took place at Congress headquarter Srinagar was marked by passionate speeches and vibrant demonstrations reflecting the sentiments of countless individuals who revere Ambedkar’s legacy. Raina addressed the gathering, stating, “Dr. B.R. Ambedkar fought tirelessly for the rights of the marginalized and the downtrodden. The Mahila Congress workers displayed placards reading “Respect Ambedkar’s Legacy” and “Justice for All,” sending a clear message about their commitment to uphold the ideals of social justice and equality. Raina further emphasized, “We call upon all citizens to join us in safeguarding the principles laid down by Dr. Ambedkar, ensuring that every voice is heard and every right is protected.”
