Krishna Ghati Premier League 2024-25: Panjal Warriors & LoC Cricket Club storm into final

POONCH DEC 13:-In an action-packed day 16 of the Krishna Ghati Premier League (KGPL) 2024-25, In both semifinals teams showcased the talent & sportsmanship in fierce nail biting encounters on Day 16 at Sports Ground Jhullas.

First Semifinal been played between
Rejuval Cricket Club and Panjal Warriors
Rejuval Cricket Club won the toss and elected to bat first. Rejuval Cricket Club posted a total of 107/10 in 18.2 overs. In reply, Panjal Warriors achieved the target 108/3 in 13.3 overs. Panjal Warriors won the match by 7wickets. Imran Jugnu was declared Man of the Match for taking 3 wickets.

2nd Semifinal been played between
Eleven Star Club and LoC Cricket Club
Eleven Star won the toss and elected to bat first and posted a total of 195/5 in 20 overs. Murtaza Hilal scored 102 runs in 62 balls. First Century of KGPL.* In reply, LoC Cricket Club achieved the target 197/7 in 18.5 overs. LoC Cricket Club won the match by 3 wickets. Mehboob Sheikh was declared Man of the Match for securing 42 runs in 20 balls & taking 1 wickets.

The Chief Guest of the first semifinal was Lt Sagun Sharma, first girl from Jhullas commissioned into Indian Army and in second semifinal Hav Farooq Ahmed (Retd).

This tournament is being organized by the Nangi Tekri Battalion under the aegis of Krishna Ghati Brigade under Operation Sadbhavna.
