Rajouri Jun, 04:-Causing huge inconvenience to people ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, most of the ATMs in Rajouri remained out of service or cashless today.
Since Tuesday Morning, long queues of people were seen outside maximum ATMs, waiting desperately for their turn. But, many had to return disappointed as there was no cash left in ATM machines.
“I got my salary and was planning to do some shopping on this Eid for my childrens but could not withdraw the money. I visited a number of ATMs to withdraw it, but most were closed,” said a employee from Rajouri.
Due to the unavoidable circumstances the bank management is unable to refill ATM machines, he added.
As per reports, most of the ATMs of SBI and J&K Bank in various areas of Rajouri running dry or out of service for hours together.
