District Level Inter school tournament/trials for Boys and Girls U/19yrs got underway  at Subash stadium Udhampur

Udhampur: District Level Inter school tournament/trials for Boys and Girls U/19yrs got underway in the disciplines Cricket and Taekwondo at Subash stadium udhampur. In cricket boys u/19yrs trials were conducted. About 70 boys drawn from different 23 insititutions of district udhampur took part in the trials. In taekwando u/19yrs Girls section about 19 Girls drawn from different 06 insitituions of district udhampur participated in the tournament. The tournament cum trials were conducted under the patronage of Director General Youth services and Sports J&K Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman and under the over supervision of district youth services and sport’s officer udhampsh sh Kharati Lal.
Today’s Final Positions taekwando u/19yrs weight category wise are:-Below 40kg Sanam girls HSS udhampur winner. Below 44kg Prarthana AOC winner.  Below 46kg sonali NITL winner. Below 48kg Akanksja GHSS Garhi winner. Below 52kg sahida vijay HS udhampur winner. Below 56kg Priyanka APS Udhampur winner. Above 70kg Akanksha APS Udhampur winner.
All the trials/matches were conducted by the technical experts of department of youth services and sport’s udhampur at Subash stadium udhampur. Among others who were present on the occasion were Pawan kumar ZPEO Panchari, Vee Ji Bhatt ZPEO Tikrit, Jasvinder Singh, Sanjay Gupta, Jatin Sethi, Chander kiran and Rajesh kumar (medical department)
