RAJOURI SEPT 27:-The Indian Army has consistently demonstrated its commitment to aiding civilians during natural calamities, showcasing the humane side of their duties.
A humane face of the Indian Army once again came to fore when in a remarkable act of vigilance and swift action, a patrol party rescued three civilians who met with an accident at about 10.30 pm on Thursday near Dera-Ki-Gali (DKG) while traveling from Srinagar to Rajouri.
Highlighting the crucial role of military presence in the region, soldiers while conducting routine surveillance, spotted a vehicle that overturned off the road.
Recognising the potential for serious injury, the soldiers immediately rushed to the scene andar found three civilians who were visibly jb number shaken but fortunately sustained only minor injuries.
The Indian Army personnel quickly provided immediate medical assistance, ensuring that the victims were stable and later communicated with local authorities to arrange for further medical care.
