JAMMU JULY 07:–If, as a journalist, I am asked from where the root of the problem of Kashmiri Pandits started after the mass exodus of Kashmiri pandit minority community then my answer will be that since the Relief Commissioner and Rehabilitation Department came into existence in the state

As much as the corruption going on in the state, and by means of profession and practice of corruption of high profile officers the Kashmiri Pandit refugees have to face oppression, exploitation, oppression and helplessness. The actions of KAS officers and high profile public servants holding many positions and many government officials in Jammu and Kashmir who are not only describing many shameful incidents but also making the life of common man very impairment dull and mischief.

Day by day the situation is getting worse and all hope is on the verge of disappearing and what is happening to the Kashmiri Pandit refugees during the last 34 years, officials and officers within their own community are responsible, who lined their pockets for their personal interest and deprived the community at large.

If we talk about the relief commissioner and rehabilitation department of state even the cries of the refugees are buried in the same way that the department has buried the standing public buildings in open sunlight day mysteriously , which even the inquiry agencies have proved helpless to trace.

Thanks to the office of the relief and rehabilitation commissioner, a scandal of lakhs of crores has happened so far and it has gone into whose pockets people need to enquiry. However the corruption free claiming modi ji government is entirely failing has come back again empty handed from Switzerland also .

Here there is a ration scandal, a water scandal, a scandal in the name of cleanliness to keep the refugee camps clean, a scandal in the name of repairs on crude and unsustainable buildings. In the name of unemployed youths the built shops are scandals. While poor people can be seen yearning for even a drop of water.

It makes me laugh to think how much the officers must have thought first to fill their pockets in the process of constructing residential flats for the refugees. After painting the outside, the inside of the building has been made a treasure for repairs and even today, silver is being looted from the treasury the state exchequer in the name of repairs

The Kashmiri Pandit came empty-handed while fleeing from the Kashmir Valley and since then, how many government projects have been worked on in the name of the Kashmiri Pandit community are putting in the can but the Kashmiri Pandit community continues to function in the same way today as it did he 34 years ago

There are so many agents active within the Kashmiri pandit community that now in the Kashmir Valley, they are in the process of birth of new project with the hand in hand with highly profile corruption professionals and in the name of resettlement of the community to steal once again the crores of rupees in the name of kashmiri pandits from the state exchequer however said agents already been settled outside the state and outside the country as well but the cries of refugees are buried here.

No water, no electricity, no ration, what is the story, and for whom are the poor families locked up in basements and now returning to the shroud in their name.

Scandals were already going on but this time, there are signs of the scandal being exposed in the name of the loans for unemployed youth and also the subsidy amount on loans also dedicated by the agents and touts in favour of their families in a hinky pinky manner.

Recently, there is a dire need for an investigation on the loans provided in favor of unemployed youth. Insider resources have taken the current Relief Commissioner responsible with open arms and accused him for adaption of discriminatory attitude for distribution of loan facilities towards the migrants

Common people also alleged that the loan facilities has been sanctioned in favour of those blue eyed individuals though were not entirely entitled to get the loan facilities under norms while some been motivated under the concept of marginal benefit of available subsidy as well as by means of misleading many Kashmiri refugees that all the loan amounts have been assured to be waived off before their resettlement in Kashmir Valley and finally sanctioned the loan on the percentage of corruption in the absence of follow up procedure of norms and deprived the original and needy ones for establishment of their own business to survive.

However the scheme was adopted by the state government across the state by providing loans facilities to unemployed youth to start his own business to end their unemployment crisis but to whom is given the said loan facilities needed to be enquiry.

It is learnt by means of more several allegations been leveled upon the present Relief commissioner and JK Bank employees for their jointly involvement and each other coordination for providing and sanctioning the loan facilities in favour of blue eyed people and in favor of the families of well-influenced and the children of government employed people become able to get the subsidy amount unlawfully and made set back the state exchequer worth crores of rupees.. Loans have been given on subsidy basis, which is a big scandal by getting the subsidy features unlawfully on loan amount sanctioned in favour of erroneous people ,while as the applications of deserve unemployed and needy people have not been processed and also under the RTI Act, the incumbent Relief Commissioner ‘the inappropriate behavior and activities has also been summarized.

It cannot be ruled out that under the supervision of the Relief Commissioner for migrants many government buildings have been secretly doused in the broad day sunlight and no one will know about them now. Where did the millions of rupees spent on all those buildings go? When information was asked under the RTI Act in this regard, the answer was that the buildings were not constructed at all.

In many places, the general Agent is still more active in the several offices under the supervision of the Relief Commissioner.

The fact is that during the tenure of the current relief commissioner, the poor families belonging to the Kashmiri Pandit people are in need of even one grain of ration, after three months, one month’s ration is being given without any measure. People are crying for basic amenities. The close relationship between the ration depot owners as well as within the agents and the close cooperation of the responsible officers in the relief commissioner’s office can also be a great summary revision of scandals. Hence the cries of the refugees are buried here by the summary of misuse power of JKAS officers.
