SRINAGAR JUNE 16:–Mahila Congress J&K vice President Shameema Khan * has extended greeting’s to people of JKUT in General & Employees Fraternity in particular on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
In a statement issued this morning *Shameema Khan further stated that Eid-Ul-Adha, also known as the “Festival of Sacrifice,” is one of the most significant celebrations in the Islamic faith*. It symbolizes the ultimate devotion and submission to God, memorializing prophet Ibrahim’s unwavering obedience to Allah’s command.
She further urged that we should not forget to involve poor masses on this Auspicious Occasion as This holy festival teaches us to strengthen our bond with poor masses & to make them the vital part of our joy & happiness. Shameema Khan also urged people especially youth to avoid bike stunts as most of the road accident cases are reported on the eve of Festivals.
