JAMMU APRIL 03:–Ashok Raina, Editor of Northern Times, has announced through the media and media channels to wake up all political parties and the current ruling government to vote boycott as a protest. Therefore, as a protest against such discriminatory treatment and brutality with respectable citizens in their own country, the editor of Northern Times has decided to not vote in  favour of any political party candidate as well as boycott the vote to form the government at this time.
