Absconder nabbed in Thanamandi identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Qureshi

RAJOURI MARCH 19:–Tightening noose against absconders who are evading arrests in different cases, a team of police from Thanamandi police station has arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest in a case whereas a general warrant was also issued against him Hon’ble Court of Law.

Arrested absconder is identified as Mushtaq Ahmed Qureshi son of Allah Ditta resident of Village Plangarh.

A team of police from Thanamandi police station under the supervision of SHO Thanamandi Hilal Azhar and SDPO Thanamandi Viqar Rasool Butt has arrested him Tangmarg Kashmir.

He was evading his arrest since 2009 and a general warrant of arrest U/Ss 512 CrPC was issued against him by Hon’ble Court in 2009 in case FIR No 49/2008 U/S 498-A RPC.

The absconder shall now be produced in the Hon’ble Court of law.
