JAMMU/NAGROTA MARCH 04:–It is absolutely certain that the political parties will begin to gain momentum in the 2030 parliamentary election related to the return of the loan from Kashmiri migrants.

Currently, as the 2024 parliamentary election is approaching, what are some strange events and things coming out? A man would be too embarrassed to cry

Before the 2024 parliamentary elections, under the leadership of the existing government, the Jammu and Kashmir Bank is giving loans to eliminate unemployment in the refugee camps, but how are the bank loan accounts being developed? Has raised many questions.

If so, it needs to be revised. According to the manner in which the loan is being administered, no one can expect to establish commercial centers or business setup and neither can expect to repay the loan.

When I spoke to Mr. Chandji Khar, a senior bank official in this regard, he has clearly stated that till now, by following around 250 applications, has been considered out of more than 300 applications  and has provided loans to needy families without any guarantor, only but on the basis  PAN card, Aadhaar card and ration card copy. He further informed that the government has agreed to give  more crores of rupees by providing loans to the unemployed Kashmiri migrants  a decree has been issued to grant additional loans of 500 crore rupees so far. It is; pertinent to mention here that some people are shying away from taking loans because of unfit; policy

Earlier, I also asked several questions to the manager of Jammu and Kashmir Bank branch Nagrota after providing the loan, but he refused to discuss the matter and said that Mr. Chandji is already working for this project and he will be responsible in the coming time and future.

You may laugh at the fact that a farmer’s goat is covered under the insurance scheme but no one is ready to know the situation of migrant Kashmiri Pandits. Kashmiri Pandits have only a temporary ration card entirely for deserved tribal status. because now the children of this community are neither literate so much nor owning any special property or land, if any child of this child has received education after migration, I realize  it as a certificate course of education because they will not be able to understand the environment around them nor they are interested to get the jobs through participation in selection process at All India level basis .

. Before the year 2014, the minimum age of 5 years was given for recruitment in the central offices for Kashmiri Pandit unemployed youth, on which many questions are being raised within the community at present .

That was also the time when the Kashmiri Pandit community people were considered very talented and educated and others often used to get correspondence and teaching from them, but at present time, how could a young man/women who claims educated himself or herself is not ready to understand how to stand upon on his own feet after taking a loan from a bank? . I thought it was a certificate of course of education.

When I spoke to Sumeet Kumar from Jagti Township who came to take a loan from the Jammu and Kashmir Bank office nagrota, he attended  himself before the manager of said branch though he barely studied up to the eighth standard only.

Sumeet Kumar  said that he  has taken a shop for 3000 rupees  on a rent  basis per month for which he also made an agreement with the owner of the shop so that he can stand upon his own feet by running his business. It is certain that said young man named Sumeet Kumar wants to withdraw cash from his loan account like others on the submission of PAN Card and Aadhar Card

How the loan is issued according to the rules and regulations of the bank, in fact,  like Sumit Kumar thousands of youths  probably do not know, nor does the unemployed young generation know that the loan has become a slippery slope for them to be able to get a government job in future.

It can’t be ruled out that when the elections would over the loan recovery, must the routine of bank employees and will visit loan account holder homes? And definitely the bank will seize the relief account of migrant families under loan recovery act. ,along with interest.

However, instead of providing loans to Kashmiri Pandit unemployed youth, no cash assistance or relief has been given in favour of victim youths to rehabilitate or to generate their business to stand upon Hence the loan has become a trap and myth for Kashmiri Pandits
