Rajouri May 16:-Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri district has booked a sarpanch and two other persons for posting sensitive comments and posts on social media platform.
Sarpanch Liyaqit Ali from a panchayat of Rajouri posted a status on social media platform on which two other persons made sensitive comments having potential of disturbing peaceful atmosphere.
Taking note, police has booked all three persons who include Sarpanch from Fatehpur Danna, Liaqit Ali, Showkat Betab and Chowdhary Naseer Ahmed and a case FIR No.281/2019 under section 153-A RPC has been registered in Rajouri police station.
Rajouri police appeals all people to use social media in a constructive way and for personal as well as professional growth only.
