RET Forum highly appreciated step taken by DM Rajouri Demanded similar surprise visit in CEO office

Rajouri May 15 GNS :— ReT Forum Rajouri hailed step taken by DDC Rajouri regarding unauthorized visits and attachments of Teachers /Masters in ZEO Offices.

It is pertinent to mention here that RET Forum have raised this issue few days ago regarding attachments /Deployment of Teachers/Masters in ZEO and CEO Offices. As there are some Teachers/ Masters who are working from past several years in these offices and they feel proud for them by doing job of a cleric leaving aside their noble and pious profession.
They highly appreciated this step of DDC Rajouri and urged before him to pay such surprise visits in all zones and particularly in CEO Offices where a no of Teachers are working from more than 10 years. Besides hundreds of directions from higher authorities not even a single one is implemented in CEO Office Rajouri and even a single Teacher was not relieved inspite of knowing facts that their is acute shortage of staff in Schools.
A teacher can’t be deputed for more then 2 years for non teaching assignments in whole service but here at CEO office many teachers are deputed for non teaching assignments for decades.
RET Forum urged before DC Rajouri to personally intervene and closely monitor the whole process of Detachments of Teachers / Masters from all offices including CEO office in particular and on priority.
He further added that DDC Rajouri Mohammad Aijaz Asad is known for taking bold steps and they strongly believe that he will take this bold step and relieve all blue eyed Teachers from CEO & ZEO Offices keeping in view that they are being paid for teaching those who have very limited source of income and are in far flung areas. Knowing the facts that there are certain schools which are run by one or two teachers and innocent children daily waits for their teachers to come and teach but the Teacher is enjoying by sitting in CEO and ZEO offices.
They urged before DC Rajouri to relieve all Teachers from these offices and from other offices keeping in view demand of poor people of far flung areas and also demanded posting of such Teachers in hard zones who have enjoyed in these offices.
