This road was named Phalni to Narlu road and at that time the work of cutting a total of seven kilometers of this road at a cost of four crores has been complete.
Due to the bad luck of the people’s or the carelessness of the administration, the work of this road has not been completed till date and the population of about forty thousand is helpless. This road is divided into two districts i.e. Rajouri and Reasi due to which neither the Rajouri administration nor the Reasi administration pays attention to this road due to which this road has turned into ruins.
On this road, PMGSY Rajouri has completed two kilometers of work from Taran to Biji, while from Middle School Biji to Phagoli, the public works department of Reasi district has completed the cutting work and left it incomplete. The people of village Sayari and Phagoli say that they have requested District Development Commissioner Reasi and District Development Commissioner Rajouri several times to complete the work of this road but no one listened to them.

In this regard, 50-year-old Muhammad Yusuf Chauhan of the same village said that about 20 years of our village Sayari Phagoli are about to pass and the road is in a dilapidated condition. The road that goes from Taran to Sayari Phagoli village is about seven kilometers long only.
It has been almost 20 years since this road was constructed. But since this road was started till today No one paid attention to this road. Due to the lack of drainage system, this road turns into a pond as soon as it starts raining. Another same villager Ankeel Singh says that people are much suffering because of the lack of a road in our village.
When someone gets sick, they carry him on their shoulders and carry him to the road. When the road is removed, the road becomes a drain because of the lack of a drain behind it, due to which all the rain water collects. It enters our crops, which completely destroys our crops.“`
