RAJOURI, MAY 19:—Official sources here at Rajouri informed the Deputy Commissioner that there are 107 cases , relat ed to Rural Development Department (RDD), are pending before the High Court of J&K
The concerned officers informed Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, IAS, who chaired a meeting of the concerned officers on Friday to review the status of the Court cases., The DC, Vikas Kundal reviewed the case-by-case details and was informed by the concerned officers that out of 107 cases, the replies for 78 cases have already been filed
The DC directed the concerned officers to ensure that replies for the rest of the cases are filed in a week’s time to avoid any delays.
Officers who attended the meeting were Assistant Commissioner Development, Vijay Kumar; and ACP, Sheraz Chowhan.
