JAMMU MAY 17:–Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu and Kashmir, a beautiful multi-storied building standing in Bahu Plaza Railhead Complex, Jammu is the place where in the broad daylight the matter of killings of humanity and democracy is witnessed. The red carpets laid in this building are looking redder due to the killing of real journalists and their families.

In this building You will definitely see chairs, tables, colorful carpets, besides many pictures of famous personalities including the picture of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi and the pictures of the noted father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi hanging on the wall but what is going on inside this building, you will be shocked and ashamed.
Currently, the journalism industry of Jammu and Kashmir has been completely buried and destroyed due to corrupt bureaucrats of Jammu and Kashmir. After the year of 2014, the status of Jammu and Kashmir in the world of journalism has now become a stigma from the calendar of history.
Anyone interested in hooliganism in the area is welcome to come to this building which helps the Joint Director Information Jammu a lot to earn through auctions and commissions in advertisements.
In this building, the Joint Director of Information Jammu usually carries a pistol and at the point of the pistol, journalists are threatened, even an unsuccessful attempt was made to throw the journalists from the top floor of the building to stop such journalists who raised their voices against corruption and against their pen terrorism.
However, the government at present, which is claiming to be a free corrupted and people-friendly government, is completely wrong, baseless and based on lies. What is happening in our state of Jammu and Kashmir at this time is nothing less than a sad and shameful incident.
As far as the question of the fourth pillar of democracy is concerned, it has been hacked due to the coordination of a few bureaucrats of the state with mutual cooperation of a few vested interests and extremist elements are extremely in active to going to carry on continuously illegal work and job in the name of Journalism without any interruption.
Apparently, the government which claims to be corruption free and people friendly will not know what is actually happening inside the building built for the media the 4th pilliar of democracy and what the responsible officers and the Joint Director of Information, Jammu, have finally sent letters and communication till date to the top management of the government is nothing less than misleadings.
I have many proofs in the form of documents that there is a scam of crores of rupees every month in connection with advertisement, most of which goes into the pockets of Joint Director Information Jammu. As many joint directors and headquarters joint directors have been appointed in this building till date, how much property have they formulated and what ownership rights do they have along with their families at this time, but the government is quiet and unserious.
Our media complex of Jammu and Kashmir is not a media complex but a mafia complex and I am also feeling ashamed to comment further on the activities of the government employees posted in the media complex to promote mafia and disgraceful activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
In this media complex of Jammu and Kashmir, journalists who believe in honesty and truth are being mentally harassed and disturbed. You will laugh or cry knowing the reality of the media complex. There is no vigilance officer of any department to uncover how many scandals happen every month. The special thing is that the Joint Director Information Jammu itself is the appointing officer of RTI who is also in charge of hearing RTI applications and often denying supplying the needful and required information with intention to protecting shielding those people involved in promotion of Yellow Journalism in the state with the chair of joint director information.
At an initial stage I have been also robbed by such an RTI officer and have engulfed 2000/ rupees as a pretended for supplement of information has taken the Photostat charges from me for answering the RTI in the initial period and then the entire amount was illegally embezzled without giving any information. When in this building one bureaucrat make successfully their transfer and present it to another bureaucrat, but the business mess is the same because the other active member government employee inside in the building keeping the account of commission collections from the part of some owners of blue eyed publications the new officers have been trained within three or four days about the rules running in the building
The employees posted in this building are not lagging behind to do anything. The public servants in this building whom we call employees are actually not employees but accused persons and having the largest criminal back up.
Until today, many people and journalists have lodged FIRs against the several employees of the Information Department, but the corruption-free government knows why no action is being taken against them.
After all, how can we explain to you what is the reality of Media Complex Jammu in the real world? As a journalist, I have never made agreement with reality and I am going to summarize everything gradually because I was stopped by the mafia group of employees to reach the hon’b le court also to pursue the matter frequently and independently though was listed against them before the Hon’ble High court of jammu and Kashmir . I have a lot of evidence against corrupt officials and their attitude.
On the one hand, on Friday, some God friends were seen offering their prayers in the rooms of this building, while many employees continued to make noises like donkeys after consuming suspicious substances during their office hours.
I have no faith in Media Complex Jammu Many employees were remain posted in this building from childhood till they retired without any transfer mode and some among have taken out their own job orders cum letters by themselves to enter this department which were also signed by the themselves, but the officers working under the people-friendly current ruling government were given promotions also those illegal appointee during the break before their retirement and instead of their termination and by making fraudulent orders mandatory lacks of rupees have been extracted from state exchequer unlawfully.
With the intention of erasing evidence Papers were burned by JDI Jammu and some newspapers were auctioned as junk .This building has also recorded an exemplary business record of colored carpets and rugs. Journalists have also been hit on the press briefing and answerable officers filled their own pockets in the name of non professional journalists.
In this big colorful large building the number of employees is involved in tempering the large advertisement bills of some owners of publications. It is pertinent to mention here who denied commission upto more than 40% for grant of advertisement in favour of their periodicals were being denied for the payments in one pretext to other and large number of bills have hidden of the some owners of publications by means of violation and principles of public servant rules.
The media complex was built for reliable and trustworthy journalists, but later all the skilled journalists were not allowed to enter this media complex by the corrupt joint directors. There is also a need to inquire about the computers and other equipment installed in the media complex.
As from which company the computers accessories and other equipment got purchased and what is the basic price of the purchased equipment and at what rates did the government employees purchase and install the equipment and what is the current status of the flooring and other equipment laid in the multi-storied building?
I remember the day when a case against an office employee on the charge of theft of a laptop reached Trikota Nagar police station under the supervision of the then Joint Director Information Mr. Naresh Kumar, but later how the matter was wrapped in a shroud and buried, Mr. Naresh Kumar knows by himself
