RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 07: –Deputy Commissioner of Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, today visited the Addiction Treatment Facility in the GMC & AH to assess the treatment and counseling services available for young people struggling with addiction.
The visit was accompanied by the Chief Planning Officer Mohammad Khurshid, Medical Superintendent of GMC & AH Dr. Mehmood Bajar, DSWO Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt, DIO NIC Muzaffar Mir, and other staff members of GMC & AH.
During his visit, the DC evaluated the facilities for treatment and counseling for young people at the Addiction Treatment Facility. He emphasized the seriousness of drug abuse and addiction as a major issue that must be addressed with determination
