POONCH JANUARY 22:–An exhibition match was played between Sham Lal Hockey Club and Khelo India Hockey Centre Poonch here today at Synthetic Hockey Astro Turf Ground Poonch. DySp. DAR Mr. Mohd. Shafiq was the Chief Guest and other prominent present were Insp. Kamaljeet Singh, Insp. Maqsood Ahmed, Narinder Singh ZPEO Poonch, Vijay Kumar IC ZPEO, Kewal Krishan PEM, Pervaiz Ahmed Afridi Chairman EHSAAS Foundation Poonch.
The Chief guest interacted with players and Coaches.He advises players to work hard and play at the highest level. He assured any kind of support from his end for upliftment of sports culture in District Poonch. He also applauds the coaches for channelising youth energy in a positive direction. The match was conducted under the supervision of Pawan Kumar PEL, Hockey Coach.
