HANDWARA AUGUST 27:–Qaziabad Aug: A drug de-addiction awareness programme was organised by Qaziabad welfare forum in Collaboration with Govt Boys High School at Rangpath Qaziabad Kralgund in North Kashmirs Kupwara district on Friday.
The speakers deliberated on the ill-effects of drug abuse and highlighted the need of taking preventive measures to eradicate the menace of drugs addiction and other social evils in the district.
The organisers said that the main aim of the programme was to spread awareness amongst the student community to take necessary steps for curbing the drug menace.
Chairman Qaziabad Welfare Forum was the chief guest on the occasion, asked the students not to indulge in drug abuse and other social evils and instead be role models in the field of education, sports and other activities.
Headmaster GBHS Rangpath Kralgund Khazir Mohammad,Chairman Qaziabad Development Fourm Mohd Yousuf Bhat ,Gh Mouhidin Malla, Khazir Mohammad Magray, Ab Qayoom Geelani, Ab Rashid Kar Mushtaq Ah Geelani, Syed Mehraj u din Geelani and various members also attended the programme which was organised by Qaziabad Development Fourm at Govt boys High school Rangpath Qaziabad Kralgund.
The said programme was hosted by Mubashir Ah Geelani.
