BGSBU’s historic decision, full fee-waiver for Orphan students.

RAJOURI, JULY 05:—Orphan students from the forthcoming academic session will get free education acfter their admission to all PG,UG and Diploma courses in Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU).
This historic decision was taken by the administration of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University under the guidance of Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice-Chancellor.
Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice-Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University,said that orphan students who will be admitted to all the Post Graduate (PG); Undergraduate (UG) and diploma courses will get a fee waiver, which will be 100 per cent of the tuition fee.
Prof. Akbar said that “This decision will benefit the students who have lost their parents and find it difficult to pursue higher education due to monetary constraints. We at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University believe that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education,” said Prof. Akbar Masood, VC.
Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University is committed to providing universal access to quality education to every section of society, he added.
Prof. Akbar mentioned that the decision is in line with NEP 2020 which focuses on providing high-quality educational opportunities to young men and women who will determine the future of our country
