GNS ONLINE Raised three issues regarding completion period of the works. XEN PWD Rajouri Failed to provide satisfactory Reply.

RAJOURI MARCH 15:– On 10th March GNS ONLINE raised the 3 issues as Construction of Road from Rehan to Dhar Sakri via Demote , under Languishing , with advertised amount as Rs 812 Lac. of road Completion period 1 year Busstand work 4.99 cr, time of Completion 6 month and now Amt 2.68 cr Hamilton Bridge road advertised by PWD R&B Rajouri with completion period 3 years.

In this connection Executive Engineer PWD R&B Rajouri vide No EER/ R&B/6/2021-22/25934/35 Dated 11/3/2022. Reply only two works instead of three.But What about ENIT No. 108 of 2021-22 dated 09-12-2021, whereupon the concerned EE has advertised stipulated time of completion as 12 Month( One Year) for the Work of Construction of Road from Rehan to Dhar Sakri via Demote , under Languishing , with advertised amount as Rs 815 Lac.
The concerned XEN should act reasonably instead of defending his unsound actions. Advertising stipulated time of completion of 18 Months for balance work of a project which has been originally advertised with completion time of the 12 Months is nothing but a result of non application of mind.The concerned officer must have to advertise the completion time primary on technical consideration and hence the district development Commission and the Higher Authorities of PWD must come to secure the interest of General Public rather then witnessing this new form of corruption as mute Spectators.
Lastly the higher authorities should also personally check the veracity of the contents of the reply given by the concerned XEN, rather than relying on the person against whom corruption allegations are levelled.
