POONCH, FEBRUARY 28:- Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Dr.Basharat Hussain on Monday chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for the post of Account Assistant (Finance) being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board on March, 6, 2022.
Threadbare discussions were held regarding the establishment of exam centres, seating arrangements, provision of vehicles, manpower for the receipt and distribution of material, washrooms and light facility in exam centre, dispatch of examination material, security in and around strong room and examination centres, videography of examination centres, besides proper sanitization of examination centre and other covid safety protocols.
The ADC urged upon the departments to work in coordination to make all the requisite arrangements well in advance.
He asked the concerned officers to make available sanitizers and thermal scanner at the entrance of the examination centres.
The meeting was attended by Gen. Manager DIC Dr. Zakir Hussain, Principal Government Degree College Poonch, Prof. Mussarat Hussain Shah, Principal Government Degree College Surankote, Prof. DR. Jasbir Singh, Prof Mohd Shafiq, GDC Mdr, Chief Education Officer, Abdul Majid, Principal HSS Sawgia, Anwar Khan Principal, besides other Principals and Headmasters, Chairman Private School Association Poonch Wahid Ahmed Banday besides management Heads of different educational institutions were also present.
