Hue and Cry by daily wagers never heard by past governments , Current may give relief :Hakim Suhail Abbas Kashmiri

SRINAGAR DECEMBER 23:– In a statement Hakim Suhail Abbas Kashmiri has felt disappointed over the continuous hue and cry by daily wagers of different government departments.

He said the daily wagers play a vital role in the govt sectors but are not considered as the part of system till their large part of service is over or never get a permanent place in the sector.

He further said in private sector proper parameters are made to provide special increments from time to time after excellent performance by employees and same should be applied to service rules of daily Wagers.

Hakim requested the concerned authorities to be merciful towards to them who give whole of life in govt sectors without given proper stability in departments.

Administration needs to come forward in arranging permenent service rules to employees depending upon the performance by employees in each department on humanitarian basis keeping in view increasing market demands he said
