MENDHAR DECEMBER 22:–An application received in Police Station Mendhar from a Lady who alleged that her ATM card of JK Bank has been replaced by one unknown person and withdrawn Rs 40000 thousands rupees from that ATM card.
Keeping in view of senstivity of the case SDPO Mendhar Zaheer Abass Jaffri -JKPS constituted a special team consisting of SHO Mendhar Manzoor Kohli,PSI Rohit and others under his supervision who swung into action and arrested the thief identified as Javid Ahmed s/o Mushtaq Ahmed r/o Kasbalari Mendhar age 23 years subsequently recovery of the amount Rs 40000 thousands has also been made.
In this regard case FIR No. 400/2021 u/s 420/382 IPC has been registered in police station Mendhar.
Locals of the area appreciated this immediate action of police for saving hard earned money of poor lady and also applauded people serving approach of Mendhar Police under the supervision of Z.A.Jafri SDPO Mendhar.
