RAT tests crosses 5 lakh figure in Rajouri, four positive cases detected today.

RAJOURI DECEMBER 04:-– During the first & second waves 6,57,518 tests, including RAT (5,00,019) and RT-PCR (1,57,499) ha ve been conducted to date in the Rajouri district among them 11337 were tested positive out of which 11080 have recovered while 238 died including 183 during the second wave.
Enforcement Teams (ETs) fined scores of violators of Covid-19 SOPs on Saturday & have recovered a fine of Rs 19,300 taking the total amount fined since April 1 to Rs 67,03,604.
The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest Covid Vaccination Center.
Out of 1901 reports received on Saturday, four positive cases were detected in the Rajouri district, thus taking the tally to 19 active cases while two patients have recovered today.
Out of nineteen active Covid cases, 1 patient is under treatment at GMC&AH at Rajouri, two are under treatment in the Army /BSF hospital, twelve are in home isolation and three positive cases have been detected outside the district.
As per the daily bulletin issued on Saturday as many as 878 people above 18 years of age were administered first (76) and second (802) Covid vaccine doses across the district, thus bringing the cumulative number of doses administered in the district to 8,41,304.
