BANIHAL ,NOVEMBER 27:–Chief education Officer Ramban Vinod kumar Koul today visited Tatnihal area of ​​education Zone Banihal in district Ramban and joined the ongoing enrollment drive cum campaign which is going on in JKUT under the direction of Commissioner sec education BK Singh and Director School Education Jammu Dr. Ravi Kumar Shankar.
