RAJOURI SEPTEMBER 22:–District Vice President Jammu Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party Mohammad Farooq Inqlabi on Wednesday expressed condolences after at least three people lost their lives and three others sustained injuries in a road accident at Chunga Mendhar in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. The accident took place after a private passenger vehicle Tata Somo plunged into a deep gorge.
Taking to Facebook to condole the lives lost in the accident, Farooq Inqlabi wrote, “pained by the loss of lives due to an accident in Chunga Mendhar, Jammu and Kashmir.” He also wished for a speedy recovery of the injured people.
The vehicle was on its way to Chunga village from Mendhar, when fell into gorge. The injured have been taken to District hospital Poonch.
Farooq Inqlabi demanded Rs 50 lac compensation for the each family of the deceased and free treatment to those injured in accident.
