Un-authorised person impersonates the prestigious post of BDC Chairperson Bunjwah, Provides a fake certificate to BDO Bunjwah regarding the smooth functioning of Office

Jammu July 20 :–The tall claim of government for strengthening democracy and women empowerment on the grassroots level by providing special reservations to female candidates in Panchayati, BDC, and DDC elections across J&K. A surprising example comes at the forefront when an unauthorised person was caught on camera sitting in the office of BDC Chairperson Bunjwah in District Kishtwar during the visit of Executive Members of Bunjwah youth Associations. The unauthorized person was sitting on the chair of BDC Chairperson Bunjwah in the office of Block Development Council Chairperson Bunjwah established at Block Headquarter Bunjwah.
It was very surprising that an unauthorized person on the same day uses the stamp and signatures of the BDC Chairperson thereby issuing a certificate vide No. BDC/2021-22/125 dated 05/07/2021, certifying that Block development Office Bunjwah is running smoothly and is properly functioning from Block Headquarter Bunjwah. Adding that I also verified the record and found the record is correct by expressing satisfaction with the record produced by the Block Development Officer Bunjwah. (read the certificate). The unauthorised person who happens to be the husband of the BDC Chairperson Bunjwah is alleged to taking undue benefits from different departments.
The Bunjwah Youth Association Executive Members strongly condemn such an attitude of the unauthorized person and express their serious concern by submitting a fake certificate to Block Development Officer Bunjwah. Adding that a few months ago Block Development Council Chairperson Bunjwah lodge a grievance in Honorable Lt. Governor Grievance Cell regarding non-functioning of Block Development Office Bunjwah from Block Headquarter Bunjwah and in this regard a certificate was issued to BDO Bunjwah that BDC is satisfied with the inquiry and office is smooth functioning from Bunjwah.
The Bunjwah Youth Association Executive Members when approaching higher authorities and were surprised that Block Development Council Chairperson Bunjwah Choudhary Maryam Begum is certifying the fact that the BDO office is running smoothly and functioning properly.
The Bunjwah Youth Association Executive Members including Ashiq Wani, Ashraf Wani, Chain Singh, Ather Butt, Ram Singh Surmal, Dawood Allie, Nawaz Ganie, Mohd Zubair, Veer Rahul Parihar, and others had demanded the personal intervention of District Panchayat Officer Kishwar and Chief Election Commissioner J&K to take immediate action by seizing the power and position of Block Development Council Chairperson Bunjwah in the larger interest of the general society and lodge an FIR against the unauthorised person who was impersonating the elected post.
