Handwara July 19 :–SP Handwara Sandeep Gupta-IPS greets people of Handwara on the occassion of Eid-Ul- Azha and thanked them for their appropriate covid behaviour for reducing covid positive rates in the district. He also appealed people to get vaccinated, follow orders issued by govt and avoid congregational prayers.
