Unparlimantery and obscene words hurled toward his Excellency the Lt. Governor, Panch Ward No 03 Panchayat Binoon endorses such words before Forest Range Officer Kishtwar.

Jammu July 07 :–Taking advantage and undue benefits of elected post as Panch Ward No 03 Chakroon A of Panchayat Binoon in Block Bunjwah, Mohd Imran Khan endorses unparliamentarily and obscene words toward his Excellency to Lieutenant Governor by hurling the words before the inquiry proceeding of illegal structure on Forest Land in CO/15K Chakroon in forest Beat Nali of Block Bunjwah.

As per the details available, a video clip went viral on social media on 27 Jun 2021, wherein the obscene words were hurled by Mohd Imran Khan by asking the Inquiry Officer that who are you and they, thereby hurling unparliamentary and obscene words towards His Excellency Governor will remove mine under hairs (Governor Idhar Jahant Nekale Ga).

The highly placed source informed that a complaint is filed before SSP Kishtwar on 29 Jun 2021, demanding early registration of FIR under section 124-A, IPC under sedition charges, and uttering irresponsible words toward the head of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

A source close to the correspondent informed that since 2018, Mohd Imran Khan had withdrawn a huge amount of rupees on account of the material component using his name and his wife’s name, besides being a member of the Panchayat Raj Institution.

The general section of the society had demanded stern action against the Mohd Imran Khan thereby booking under sedition charges using obscene words towards His Excellency to Lt. Governor and urged upon DFO Kishtwar for early eviction and removal of an illegal structure constructed on forest land.

It is important to mention here that, Will the District Administration Kishtwar and District Panchayat Officer Kishtwar act tough and seize the power and position of Panch, it is yet to be mentioned.
