346 kanals State Land retrieved in Surankote Sub-divison by Administration

SURANKOTE :–On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Poonch,Sh Inder Jeet, KAS, and under the supervision of Tehsildar Surankote, Sh. Sheraz Chauhan, (KAS) continuous efforts to retrieve the State from illegal occupants has been started in Tehsil Surankote. On 02/07/2021 the team of revenue officials along with Police team from police station Surankote retrieved 346 kanals of state Land from the illegal occupants in village Malhan of Surankote.
While talking to gnsonline, Tehsildar Surankote told that, the process shall continue with full momentum and with targeted approach to retrieve all the government land from the illegal occupants and that strict action shall be taken against those found encroaching the retrieved land again.
After retrieving the land, the same is being put under the supervision of concerned Lamberdar and Chowkidar. When asked about the structures raised on the state Land, Tehsildar Surankote Sheraz Ahmed Chauhan (KAS) told media persons that any type of encroachment shall be removed following due procedure of law. And administration will leave no stone unturned in retrieving State land from illegal occupants.
