**Will New Government Frame  A Charge Sheet Against The Involved Employees?

**Migrant Pandits Have Never Had A Good Night’s Sleep. Corruption Is Rampant All Around.

JAMMU OCT 22:-You may have heard or read a lot of news till today, but knowing today’s news, you will also be surprised that even though people are questioning the performance of well-paid employees today, how the responsible administration of the successive governments is ignored the KP community youth by applied of different yardsticks

How corruption, corruption and theft continue to be promoted and after getting full support from the administration, what kind of disloyalty and betrayal have the public servants been doing with the minority and uprooted people of state.

The story and news is not far away, it is about the refugee camps in the Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir, where a scandal worth crores of rupees is being exposed in the name of several construction projects in the name of kashmiri pandits and why the responsive elements remain silent spectator despite knowing everything.

It is a matter of misery, depression and regret that the people of the state have been facing many problems for at least more than a decade, the latest example of which is the current situation of the Kashmiri Pandits, and this section has not only been deprived of basic facilities rather, they have been deprived of the right to employment avenues. That during the last 34 years, thousands of educated unemployed youths have become destitute as they grow old and have become victims of the indifference of all governments and false tall claims of government.

It is also a sad story that in view of the unfavorable situation in the Kashmir Valley, the relief commissioner and rehabilitation department under the administration of the state government has withdrawn crores of rupees from the government treasury in order to give the affected educated unemployed youth an opportunity to earn livelihood under self-employment programme

Time to time ministry of Relief and Rehabilitation built shops in different camps of Jammu division but even after many years they still did not get time to give allotment in favour of deserving unemployed KP youth and  due to which many shops collapsed and many are on the verge of collapse is a matter of grave concern.

It is heard that 11 years ago many of the young people who were living in the camps in search of employment have also passed away and what is the current situation of the builted shops, they are seen crying in memory of the deceased unemployed youth.

The special thing is that the well-known BJP political leaders who believe in Hindutva, including Dr. Jitender Singh ,Mr. Jugal Kishore,  Mr.Ashok Kaul, Mr.Surinder Ambardar, as well as Mr. Sanjay Bakshi, have never raised the cry of the poor people belonging to the Kashmiri Pandit community

. It is also heartbreaking as well as distressing to say that Mr. Mohan Bhagwat never asked for action taken from the part of top of the BJP leaders whether the Kashmiri Pandits, who are struggling in the refugee camps due to many problems, have any concrete plans for them. Is learnt a shocking story

When I spoke to Mr. Dilip Pandita, a sitting political leader in Jagti Colony and a candidate for the recent Parliamentary and Assembly polls, he expressed his concern that the successive governments have deliberately made the Kashmiri Pandit community more endorsed and suffer from this situation. I have been pushed to live life which has taken a worrying situation which is very little to be condemned and criticized”said Dileep pandita .

Mr.Pandita has further asserted that till date crores of rupees have been embezzled from the government treasury in the name of Kashmiri Pandits only, in which many high officials and Officers are highly involved without any enquiry till date. He further said that if we talk about the construction of shops or the repair work of flats, then the scam of crores of rupees has been exposed which is not hidden from the eyes of everyone

Migrant Pandits have never had a good night’s sleep. Corruption is rampant all around. It is visible to everyone. Therefore, there should be a high-level investigation in this regard and action against the responsible persons, which we all already know. are demanding

During this time, the local people have even told that all the shops built in front of everyone were demolished and razed to the ground, but the government has not given the allotment in favor of any unemployed youth till date, which is a very shameful incident and there is very little to condemn.

While Expressing hope and assurance, people appealed to the new government of the state to formally issue notices to all the officers and officials to dismiss the officials involved in the crores scandal .Beside a charge sheet should also be framed for damage to government property against the all responsible officers and officials.

  • LG office will extend full support to govt that meets expectations of people: Manoj Sinha

LG office will extend full support to govt that meets expectations of people: Manoj Sinha

    GNS ONLINE NEWS PORTAL

JAMMU OCT 22(PTI):– An government that takes appropriate steps to meet the expectations of the people would have the full support of the LG’s office, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said.

Sinha said the local bodies’ elections in the Union territory will be held as soon as the backward classes commission submits its report on the number of reserved seats for the OBCs, weather conditions allow it and required security forces are made available.

In a interview to PTI on Monday evening, Sinha said, “The government that takes appropriate steps to meet the expectations of the people, I assure them, the LG’s office will be ready to give full support to it.” Any elected government that comes into power wishes to fulfill the people’s expectations, he said when asked about the working arrangement between the LG’s office and the chief minister.

National Conference’s Omar Abdullah was sworn in as the first chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir after it became a Union territory.

On the Congress’s opposition and subsequent filing of a petition in court against the nomination of five MLAs to the J-K assembly, Sinha said India is a democracy and everyone has the freedom to oppose anything.

“The country knows that when the Puducherry Assembly was formed, honorable Lal Bahadur Shastri was the home minister. He introduced a proposal to fill all seats through nomination. Some parliamentarians opposed this at the time, and it was then decided that 10 per cent of the members would be nominated. In an assembly of 30, three members would be nominated,” he said.

He further added that a court order has also been issued on the matter earlier.

“This is part of the State Reorganization Act. Those who object can approach the court, but I don’t believe there is anything unconstitutional here,” he said.

Certain provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, which bifurcated the erstwhile state into two Union territories — Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, empowers the LG to nominate five MLAs to the J-K assembly. The NC, PDP, Congress among others have opposed this provision.

LG Sinha said the panchayat elections should have been held earlier, but the administration is awaiting the report on reservations for Other Backward Classes (OBCs).

“If the elections had been held without this (report), the court would have stopped them. Therefore, we had to go to Parliament to amend this. Preparations (for polls) are certainly complete,” he said.

Sinha said as soon as the report of the backward classes commission is received, and based on the availability of security forces and weather conditions, local bodies elections will be held.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has set up a commission to recommend the number of seats reserved for Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in local bodies. (PTI)
